The Privacy Policy on Payday Depot (which, after this point, shall be alluded to as we, us, ours, our, Site, and Website is a formal report, which lays clear how the user’s information (alluded to as User, Users, Your, You, and Yours) is obtained, saved, disclosed, and used on the Site. This Privacy Policy was created to make data security and safeguarding transparent for Website users.

This document regulates the association of the personal and non-personal information provided to the Site. If the User has already shared their information to the Site and wants to rescind details from the Site’s record (and, by doing so, eliminate such details from our regulations and authority), the User can contact us.

Information that is Non-Personally and Personally Identifiable

For registration purposes, You must provide the Website with Your personally identifiable information (PII) via our online registration form. The way the PII is obtained, saved, disclosed, and used is regulated by this document’s provisions. This PII is crucial in order to provide You with the service we provide. Besides PII, we collect non-personally identifiable information (NPII) from You whether or not You submit any personal information to the Site. Some examples of NPII include Your behavioral data, like IP data, geolocation, OS, browser details, referral and exit pages, ISP, date and time data, etc. These details may be sent to third parties that we are under contract with, with the exception of You hiding Your NPII or directly requesting us to cease using Your NPII.

How Your PII Is Used

We obtain, save, disclose, and use Your PII information under this document’s provisions. All of the PII You provide is safeguarded using our security methods and encryption. The registration information that You submit on the Site is used to fulfill searching and matching functions with one (or more) lenders that we are under contract with. This allows You to receive the loan products that You expressed having an interest in. By submitting Your information to the Site, this is considered as willingness to be matched with a financial service provider or lender. Furthermore, the information collected by the Site may be used to get in contact with You regarding marketing information on services and products that You showed interest in. We can also use Your information to protect You from Internet-based fraud and potentially malicious activity. We will obtain, save, disclose, and use Your information only if You express consent by clicking the related button or checking the box of consent – both actions authorize the Site to use Your information.

Some of the PII You provide (not including Your SSN, banking information, or other highly sensitive information) can be disclosed to some contracted third parties if technical expertise is necessary. These authorize third party contractors are held liable for securing Your information. They may not use Your information in any other way except for what is outlined in the agreement we form. Furthermore, they may not share Your PII with other third parties. The activities that are carried out with Your PII are bound by the regulations of this document and other formal documents on the Site. Furthermore, Your PII may be shared with credit priors for consumer reporting due to Your previous authorization. Lenders carry out this action in a prerogative manner and are thereby regulated by legal documents regarding Your communication with financial providers and Your lender – this action would have nothing to do with the use of this Website or its services, nor with this Privacy agreement.

Your PII can be disclosed partially or completely upon request by government entities, as well as with any authorized organization or authority, so long as the disclose is legal and necessary for the following reasons:

– it is necessary in order to comply with legal procedures;

– it is needed to protect the property belonging to the owner of the Website, or the Site’s affiliates, and does not contradict relevant laws;

If the owning company is liquidated, and if a court’s decision on insolvency takes place, the liquidating party or its authorized representatives may sell, transfer, license, or dispose of Your PII in compliance with the regulations laid out by the court’s decision. In such a case, it is possible that the Website’s PII owners will receive upfront notification regarding the forthcoming modifications and procedures. Alternatively, such notification may be openly published on the Site. It is possible that mergers, acquisitions, and other such modifications may be associated with a company that is not located in the U.S.

Third Party Marketing

Your PII could possibly be partially (not including SSN, banking information, and other sensitive details) shared for marketing purposes with third party lenders, advertisers, and marketers that we are under contract with. In such cases, the receiving party may use this provided information in addition to disclosing it to other third party marketers who would like to present You with products that You have expressed previous interest in when providing Your information. If You do not wish to receive these marketing offers and/or messages, You can opt out by unsubscribing and rescinding Your information from the third party marketers’ lists. There will be an unsubscribe option (a button or a link) in the messages that You receive from these marketers. Marketing activities can take place via direct mail, online banners, short messages, emails, telemarketing calls, etc. Besides that, Your information may be used to track Your Internet activity, in addition to collecting Your online searching and behavioral information. Such activities are typically performed in order to greaten the quality of the services that You are presented with online and to adjust marketing activities so that they meet Your needs and requirements.

Note that the method in which third party marketers make use of Your information is subject to their own legal documentation and regulations therein, including (but not limited to) their privacy policies and terms of use of their services and websites. By continuing to use the Website and by attempting to use the services presented by the Website, You submit Your express agreement that You have reviewed and understood the legal documents’ provisions, which regulated how Your information is used on the Site. You also agree that You have read the terms of how Your PII is obtained, saved, disclosed, and used and how it can be used by third party marketers and lenders.

If You wish to cease contact with us and to stop receiving information from us, You must close this and other pages from this website. If You have already provided us with Your personal information and You want to opt out from any further communications (and rescind Your information from our database and lists), You may contact us directly and relay the request. Contact us by sending an email to admin@paydaydepot.com of via another form of contact indicated on the Site. After Your request is processed, Your personal information will be removed from the Website’s database. Once Your information has been taken out of the database, we guarantee that it will not be further shared with any third party, used in any secondary purposes, or used in marketing endeavors. However, since Your personal information has already been disclosed to third party marketers, we cannot control the communication that is sent to You from these parties. In order to remove Your information from their marketing databases, You should contact the marketers directly.

PII Usage and Credit Implication

The information that is disclosed to our third party lenders may be used in order to verify Your identity (for instance, via driver’s license number or SSN). The information can also verify Your information when compared to national databases. Furthermore, the lenders that we are under contract with might need to proceed with credit verification and request a credit report from credit organizations by using Your PII. These organizations include but are not limited to the biggest credit bureaus. This activity is used in order to determine Your level of credibility and the risks inherent to providing You with credit products. Requesting Credit reports may decrease Your credit score. If You decide to continue using the Site and You submit Your information to the Website’s online form, You are giving Your express agreement to have Your information verified and Your credit checked in compliance with these third party lenders’ legal documents that are used to regulate their communication and practices with You.

Telemarketing and Emails

If You agree to our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy document, You agree that we (and the third party marketers and lenders with home Your information is disclosed) may utilize Your PII for advertisements – including (but not limited to) telemarketing and email advertising.

Your PII may be used for communication, both indirect and direct – including (but not limited to) assistance calls, telemarketing calls, and service/credit product offers via the phone number that You provided in the Website’s online for. We, in addition to third party marketers and lenders, can use this telephone number even if it is listed on any federal, corporate, or state Do-Not-Contact registry, a suppression list, or similar databases. Because You have turned in the information via an online form in attempt to fulfill a purchase or receive a service, Your request’s application and processing will be performed according to the regulations outlined by the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (ATSR), 16 CFR §310. Under the ATSR, even if Your phone number is on FTC’s Do-Not-Call List, we may still get in contact with You via telemarketing because of Your freely given consent.

Because Your request for the Website’s services and to third party marketers is considered to be an attempt at making a purchase, the ATSR authorizes these third party marketers to contact You with telemarketing.

By providing Your consent to use the Site and by giving Your information in order to use our services, You are confirming that You are at least of the age of 18. Furthermore, You confirm that You are legally able to use and own a mobile device. You agree that You fully understand the possible monetary charges that may come with Your participating in any telemarketing activities. Your mobile device’s service provider might also obtain Your information. The interaction and processes with Your device’s service provider are regulated by legal documents put forth by these organizations. How We Collect NPII

If You opt-in to use the services of the Website or those of contracted third party marketers and lenders, You could be subject to cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, web server logs, and browser analysis tools. These small pieces of code are used to record and monitor Your Internet activity – for instance, Your geolocation, IP address, browsing and click history, language preferences, online behavior, OS, and browser settings. PII Security

The website obtains, saves, discloses, and uses Your PII under strict compliance with privacy and security protection practices. Collection Information From Children

The Website shall never voluntarily collect information from children who are under 18 years as age, as it is strictly banned. The Site uses filters to detect if somebody under the legal age is attempting to provide the Website with information. If we detect that PII received belongs to somebody under the age of 18, we will delete the information immediately. We comply with the Children’s Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and thus do not voluntarily obtain, save, disclose, or use PII belonging to users Younger than 18.

E-consent

As outlined under the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, Users who provide their consent and e-sign any electronic documents thereby express their agreement to receive disclosures, documents, and notifications in e-format. They also agree to provide information through electronic methods and allow this information to be shared in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and other regulatory documents, When a User send the Website information, they are giving consent to receive e-disclosures, e-notifications, and e-documents in addition to the Website’s directly provided information and third party marketing and lending e-communications. Any e-communications received after You have given Your e-consent is considered to have the same force and effect of “in writing” documents. We, in addition to our third party marketers under contract, reserve the right to end the e-documentation, e-notification, and other e-communication provisions. The hard copies of e-documents are not required to be stored or produced in order to reduce expenses. Notifications Across State Lines

We strictly adhere to federal and state codes and regulations. The way that PII can be utilized is different from state to state.
